History of ITALIAN No.1 pasta 
This history is started when Leonardo Mastromaura, young man named his business as a Riscossa in 1902. Riscossa is Italian word which means Renaissance. Leonardo’s idea was to produce the best Italian pasta in the world, and he has successfully completed as hard work this task. In 1950 daily capacity was 3-10 tons, in 1955 reached to 30 tons, in 1971 it was 50 tons of pasta. Now Riscossa is global company. Here produces almost all varieties of pastas of the world.
 
Italy is proud of Riscossa factory which has more than 100 years of history. The factory is one of the leading among same field factories till now. 
Riscossa pasta is produced by wheat, oil, tomato, grain and pure water which are the natural pure recourse and has awarded by ICEA certificate which is for natural pure products.
