The family-run company P.P.H.U”Astra” Sp.z.o.o was founded in 1993, currently it has over 300 employees. Manufacturing is conducted using high-tech machinery and production lines specially designed for caramel production with a particular focus on efficiency and top quality.

Astra rejects the use of artificial ingredients. Astra’s standard products are aimed primarily at seasonal markets, with a focus on motifs for Christmas, Easter, Valentines, Halloween, winter, spring and summer.  This innovative segment is rounded out by the motifs “Wild animal”, “Farm animals”, “Fruits”, “Flowers”. 

Lollipops are used by pharmaceutical companies as a basis for dietary supplements. They include lollipops with vitamins, lollipops for immune systems, lollipops to treat sore throats. 

Astra is currently exporting to more than 30 countries, Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Bosnia, Romania, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, China, Japan, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, and South America.
